Arrival & Departure

Please make your way to the hotel to check-in. Within minutes a member of our team will take you to your luxury thatched cottage for a full orientation. Check-in time is 4 pm and departure is 10 am.

Housekeeping

Guests in our cottages will enjoy five-star housekeeping service on every second day of your stay with us.  Should you require daily service a supplement of €100 will apply. If daily service is required, we recommend arranging this in advance of your arrival at the cottage.

Your welcome hamper

Upon check-in, you will find a welcome hamper in your private kitchen. Containing delicious essentials, we include fresh milk, bread, fruit, butter, cereals, Red & White wine, selection of soft drinks and chocolates. Additional items, if required, can be arranged and will be charged accordingly.

Breakfast at Home

Each morning at 8am a continental breakfast hamper will be delivered with our compliments.  A breakfast hamper includes orange juice, milk, fresh berries, granola, maple syrup,  yoghurt and pastry selection.

Should you wish to have a hot breakfast delivered to your home, we do require 24 hours’ notice. Breakfasts will be delivered either at 9 am or 10.30 am. The Villas/Cottages can order a Hot Full Irish Platter delivered in a basket. The baskets contains the following:
Peter O’Sullivan Pork Sausages
Dry Cured Bacon
Sneem Black Pudding
Clonakilty White Pudding
Oven Roasted Tomatoes
Fried Mushrooms
Scrambled Eggs
White Sliced Bread (for toasting)

Where there are children staying in the Cottages/Villas, pancakes can be added to the Hot breakfast basket.
