Open-plan and ample, our Estate Rooms are the ultimate in five-star family dens – or for a couple planning a longer stay. Capaciously comfortable, averaging 660 square feet (61 square metres), they contain a luxurious double bed with some featuring two additional beds stylishly hidden in a wall-mounted wardrobe.

Perfect for two adults and up to three children, you’ll love our intimate seating area, a sumptuous break-out space where you can hang out in comfort, play games, plan your perfect day or settle in with a freshly brewed coffee. Large windows reveal dazzling views, of Kenmare Bay in all its glory, or the beauty of the Sheen Falls tumbling beneath the iconic stone bridge. Each Estate Room is unique, guaranteeing you and your family a bird’s eye view on nature and the magnificent landscape outside.

Each of our rooms is decorated with Irish design pieces, including furniture handmade by local artisans. The soothing colour schemes ensure each Estate Room is a tranquil haven for spending time with family, relaxing after a day’s adventure or curling up by the window with a selection of books specially selected by our resident librarian.
